S-E-A, Ltd. is a nationally recognized forensic engineering firm, seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their growing Denver office. The role involves providing administrative project support for engineers, managing schedules, maintaining office files, and engaging in client communications.

Responsibilities

Provides administrative project support for various engineers by scheduling and tracking incoming and ongoing projects
Responsible for document proofreading and letter composition
Maintains and coordinates engineers' schedules of site inspections, depositions and changes to trial schedules
Uploads images to electronic files
Consistently and professionally engages in verbal and written client communications
Maintains office files and databases
Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technology
Spreadsheet creation, data entry and manipulation
Manages meeting and lab exam scheduling
Provides back up support for performing conflict checks
Acts as back up receptionist and use of Envoy guest-tracking system, if needed
Handles conference room and meeting space set up and teardown
Coordinates refreshments and meals for in-office meetings and events
Acts as brand ambassador for S-E-A both internally and externally
Ability to accept and integrate constructive feedback into job performance
Manages incoming and outgoing packages

Required

Professional office experience in a support role
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel; PowerPoint) and Outlook
A minimum of seven (7) years of professional office experience
Excellent writing skills and proofreading skills
Strong attention to detail
Team-oriented
Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, time management and multi-tasking skills
Ability to lift 20 lbs
Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and varying deadlines
Ability to answer phones
Ability to maneuver around the office
Ability to file folders
Ability to use a computer/keyboard
Regular and predictable presence at work

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience
