Required

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Proficient in Modern RPG with a strong understanding of DB2 concepts
Ability to technically lead a team of 3–4 resources, ensuring quality and timely delivery
Experience in designing, coding, and unit testing project requirements
Strong customer communication skills to gather project understanding and execute the development phase successfully
Experience in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements
Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodology
Expertise in Modern RPG and SYNON application development

Preferred

Experience in Agile development
Onshore/offshore coordination experience
Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
