Responsibilities

Leading the SE team to perform in an accelerated, collaborative, dynamic team environment, tightly integrated with customers and contractors
Managing, developing, and coordinating program CDRLS through the program ERB cycle with timely deliver to the customer
Managing the planning, organizing, and completion of Systems Engineering tasks within area of assigned responsibility
Collaborating with Chief Engineer (CE) and Chief Architect (CA)t to establish system architecture and CONOPS, develop system level design and decomposition into requirements
Leading and driving test/integration activities using Agile principles to satisfy acceptance criteria at all levels
Conducting system analysis and interface definition. This includes working with CE/CA to conduct studies and system trades for enhanced capabilities if required
Managing, executing, and completing Enterprise and Program level integration and test activities. Ensuring enterprise stakeholders are timely supported
Planning and creating test cases and tracking progress utilizing Agile test management tools
