Redirect Health is dedicated to making healthcare affordable for small businesses and individuals. The Senior Content Strategist will shape compelling content that helps people understand healthcare, while building a multi-channel content strategy to support brand trust and customer engagement.

Serve individuals, families, small businesses, brokers, and internal teams through clear, credible, and compelling content
Be responsible for building and leading a multi-channel content strategy that supports brand trust, organic growth, and the full customer journey
Directly impact how people discover, understand, and engage with affordable, accessible healthcare
Own: The comprehensive content strategy across website, blog, email, newsletters, social media, and long-form resources
Support: Marketing, sales, and customer success teams with content that educates, builds trust, and supports every stage of the funnel
Collaborate with: The Director of Growth Marketing, Direct Response Copywriter/Strategist, SEO partners, design, product, sales, and customer success teams
Improve: Brand consistency, organic traffic, inbound leads, and audience engagement through high-quality, SEO-informed content
Advocate for: Clear, human storytelling that makes healthcare easier to understand and positions Redirect Health as a trusted voice
Creating a consistent, high-quality publishing rhythm across channels
Translating complex healthcare topics into clear, engaging narratives
Delivering measurable growth in organic traffic, engagement, and inbound demand
Success in this role is measured by: Growth in organic traffic, keyword rankings, and inbound leads driven by content
Consistency and quality of brand voice across all owned channels
Engagement metrics such as time on page, content consumption, and audience growth
Strong collaboration and alignment across marketing, SEO, and paid teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in content strategy, editing, or editorial leadership, ideally in B2C or B2B2C environments
Proven ability to create and manage multi-channel editorial plans
Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail, structure, and narrative cohesion
Experience collaborating with SEO teams or agencies; a solid understanding of SEO best practices
Strong ability to translate complex healthcare or technical topics into clear, engaging content
Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder inputs
Experience working with CMS platforms, content tools, SEO software, and cross-functional teams. Including, HubSpot and Birdeye, Sprouts Social
Preferred
Healthcare, insurance, or health tech background is a plus
