Responsibilities

Function as technical SME on implementation of major projects

Support Operation Management Systems in STO Computer Operation department

Responsible for system development and vendor implementation efforts

Follow and enforce the departments change management process

Ensure timing of the changes does not jeopardize the availability and reliability of the systems

Work on all aspects of new applications development

Vendor systems implementations: planning, requirements gathering, business analysis, design, development, testing, quality assurance, training, implementation, and ongoing technical support

Work on day-to-day support of existing applications

Problem solving and issues resolution

Promote best practices and use of cybersecurity tools

Follow procedures and guidelines to ensure complete compliance with the regulatory requirements

Be on-call during off-hours on a rotation basis
