Inside Sales Representive
Liberty Roofing Pros is a locally owned roofing and exterior services company serving Western Pennsylvania, Eastern Ohio, and Northwestern West Virginia. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage the full customer journey for roofing, siding, gutters, and related exterior services, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving revenue.

Responsibilities
Respond to inbound leads quickly, qualify prospects, and maintain accurate CRM records
Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend tailored solutions
Coordinate contactless or on-site inspections with internal teams
Prepare and present detailed proposals, pricing, and scopes of work
Guide customers through contracts, timelines, and payment processes
Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
Communicate key details to production teams and support quality assurance
Track sales performance metrics and participate in continuous improvement
Follow up post-project to gather feedback, reviews, referrals, and upsell opportunities
Manage outside sales schedules and ensure processes align with company standards
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or project coordination
Proven ability to meet sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Customer-focused with a passion for service and relationship-building
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
