Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to develop and implement people strategies that drive business results

Lead initiatives in Employee Engagement, Organizational Change, Talent Development, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Learning, and Compensation

Enhance employee engagement and strengthen leadership capability through coaching and development programs

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to design recruiting strategies for critical roles

Support change management efforts for transformation initiatives

Analyze HR metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement

Contribute to cross-functional projects that shape the future of our operations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field

A minimum of 6 years in Human Resources (HR), including at least 1 year creating and implementing people strategies in a manufacturing or logistics environment

Strong business and financial acumen

Advanced consulting, influencing, and collaboration skills in a matrixed organization

Expertise in core HR areas: employee relations, staffing, learning, benefits, and more

Proven ability to manage projects and solve complex problems
