Responsibilities

Provides strategic leadership in interpreting business needs and implementing technical solutions to business problems
Represents the customer in all stages of technical product development, including user story development, sprint planning, and prioritization of the product backlog
Serves as a liaison with business stakeholders and technical teams for tactical and long-term road-mapping, impact assessment, and change management
Owns the technical implementation and plan for converting vision into products
Utilizes Agile methodology and participates in implementation activities such as stand-ups, story refinements, sprint reviews and team retrospectives
Represents product vision with the engineering team and works to ensure team is maximizing value of the product towards achieving that vision
Sets expectations with business stakeholders for delivery of new capabilities, features, and functionalities
Ensures systems and processes are in place to support the products delivered, including training, documentation, reporting, and business metrics
Performs other work duties as assigned

Required

10+ years of relevant healthcare technology required
Bachelors degree in related field
Deep understanding of information systems, business processes, the key drivers and measures of success for the relevant business
Expertise in requirements management, diagraming, use case development
Expertise in process design, reengineering, and requirements documentation methodologies
Expertise in the design and production of quality deliverables
Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
Excellent vendor relationship skills
Highly skilled in Project Management, has ability to manage most-complex projects
Skilled in using Microsoft Office products including Visio
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
General understanding of a variety of applications
Ability to work in a complex technical environment

Preferred

Some experience in leadership and a Product Owner role preferred
Agile/Product Owner certifications a plus
Experience with Epic, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Copilot, and AI desired
