Aliya Healthcare is seeking an experienced Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) to provide executive-level leadership and oversight of clinical services across their skilled nursing facilities. The CCO will drive clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and consistency of care while supporting and developing facility-level clinical leaders.

Responsibilities

Provide executive oversight of clinical operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities

Establish and maintain organization-wide clinical standards, policies, and best practices

Ensure compliance with CMS, state, and federal regulations; lead survey readiness and response

Drive quality outcomes including Five-Star performance, infection control, and QAPI initiatives

Support, mentor, and guide Directors of Nursing and regional clinical leadership

Serve as the senior clinical resource for escalated or high-risk clinical matters

Collaborate with Operations and HR to align clinical, staffing, and performance goals

Use data and clinical metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
