Responsibilities

Identify, collect, and refine lead or customer data using web scraping and data enrichment tools
Ensure data quality through validation and cleansing processes
Develop, test, and manage cold email campaigns, including A/B testing of subject lines and email copy
Set up and manage automated email sequences while monitoring performance metrics to optimize results
Import, format, and maintain data within CRMs (e.g., Monday.com), ensuring accuracy and completeness
Collaborate with team members to define processes for ongoing data updates and improvements
Design and implement automated workflows to streamline marketing operations, such as email scheduling, data updates, and lead tracking
Troubleshoot and improve workflows to increase efficiency and scalability
Identify relevant marketing KPIs (e.g., open rates, response rates) and set targets
Analyze campaign performance, compile insights, and present actionable recommendations
Experiment with new applications and tools to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness
Adapt to rapid changes in technology, including AI-based platforms for content creation and research
Utilize AI tools to craft engaging email copy, marketing materials, and conduct industry or competitor research
Stay updated on emerging AI functionalities that can benefit the marketing and outreach process
Use tools and techniques to scrape data from websites and structure it for marketing applications
Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all scraping activities

Required

Strong familiarity with data enrichment platforms and processes
Proven experience gathering and organizing lead or customer data through scraping methods
Skilled at crafting and testing cold email outreach sequences, including message creation and A/B testing
Proficient in uploading, organizing, and formatting data—especially within CRMs like Monday.com
Demonstrated experience with setting up and managing marketing workflow automations to improve efficiency and scalability
Eager to learn and experiment with new applications, tools, and methodologies
Ability to identify and track key marketing metrics, presenting actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Genuine enthusiasm for both technical aspects (IT) and strategic aspects (marketing)
Comfortable using AI-driven platforms to generate content and conduct research

Preferred

Familiarity with languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Go, or PHP is a plus
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
A background or strong personal interest in healthcare can be advantageous
