This role involves leading project coordination, developing architectural drawings, and ensuring compliance with building codes and quality standards.

Responsibilities
Lead the production of construction documents and ensure the timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining design intent and quality standards
Utilize advanced Revit skills to develop detailed architectural drawings, models, and documentation, including plans, elevations, sections, and schedules
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and consultants to coordinate project workflows and resolve technical challenges
Work with the project Architect to ensure all documentation adheres to applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards
Conduct thorough reviews of drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements
Support client presentations and communication by providing technical expertise and addressing project-related inquiries
Identify and resolve design and construction issues, providing innovative solutions to meet project goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in architecture
Minimum of 6 years of professional architectural experience in the U.S., with a strong understanding of local codes, standards, and construction practices
Advanced proficiency in Revit software is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
Preferred
Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools is a plus
Familiarity with construction documentation, detailing, and building systems
Architectural licensure or progress toward licensure is preferred but not required
