Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining regular communication via calls, emails, meetings, and correspondence
Build and strengthen client relationships to foster trust, loyalty, and long-term partnerships
Understand client needs, challenges, and goals; provide strategic guidance, consultations, and customized solutions
Identify opportunities for account growth, such as upsells, cross-sells, or expansions, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value
Resolve client issues, concerns, or complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction and retention
Develop and execute account plans, including revenue targets, renewal strategies, and risk assessments
Conduct market research, analyze client data, and provide insights to improve services or products
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., delivery, product, or support) to ensure seamless service execution
Track and report on account performance, including metrics like retention rates, revenue growth, and client feedback
Negotiate contracts, renewals, or pricing adjustments while adhering to company guidelines

Required

Experience in client relations management or customer advocacy

Experience in resolving client issues and ensuring satisfaction
