Responsibilities
Warmly greet guests as they enter the dealership and direct them to the appropriate department or team member
Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner, taking messages and providing information as needed
Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence, to various departments as needed
Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and waiting area. Offer guests refreshments and ensure they are comfortable while they wait
Collaborate with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in a guest service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software and phone systems
A passion for providing outstanding guest service and maintaining a positive attitude
