Human Resources Intern - HPM
Parker Hannifin is a Fortune 250 global leader in motion and control technologies, seeking a Human Resources Intern to support their Hydraulic Pump and Motor Division. The intern will be responsible for HR generalist tasks, talent acquisition, and project management while contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities
HR generalist responsibilities – onboarding processes, record keeping, retention and auditing
Talent Acquisition: Sort and process incoming resumes, participate in interviews
Participate on the Engagement HPT - team member recognition programs, community outreach/philanthropy, and other events
Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects
Maintain a satisfied level of customer service with clients both internal and external
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or in a business field, preferably with an HR Minor
Preferrable junior class status
Excellent administrative skills
Detail oriented
Personable, able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people
Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the position
Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Able to provide high quality customer service through phone calls, email, and face to face interactions
Strong project management skills required to support multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work in-office 40 hours per week during the Summer
