Responsibilities
Trains EA on all EJ systems and processes in order to transition book of business quickly and effectively. This position requires 50-70% travel, most EA training is completed face-to-face
Reviews all transfers and account opening paperwork to ensure seamless account movement between firms. Corrects and resubmits any errors on ACATs that impede asset movement to EJ
Interacts with multiple departments to ensure training and system processes are accurate and current. A senior will act as a leader on assignments overseeing training, observing, and providing feedback to OS team members helping support the EA
Interacts with multiple vendors to ensure smooth processing of accounts, annuities, life insurance and ERPs (401(k), 403(b) Owner K etc.)
Creates specialized plans to train experienced advisor in a 'just in time' format using knowledge from continued training on EJ system improvements and staying up to date on all products, services and new software. A senior is responsible to create training for each member of the transitioning EA team and ensuring accompanying OS team members are upskilled/reskilled as needed on training paths
Responsible for administrative paperwork which enables asset transfers (Team averages $550 million / year)
Creates plan for continued support from region, host branch and TBS team upon onboarding specialist assignment completion
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field
3-5 years' experience in the financial services industry
