Bilingual Customer Service Representative- Mobile Chat Billing

Responsibilities
Provide basic customer support related to Spectrum Mobile Services via web-chat communication tools
Handle billing inquiries and payments
Provide account management support in a manner consistent with Charter’s policies, procedures and quality standards
Support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
Receive multiple simultaneous messages through web-chat and respond to inquiries in a manner that meets quality and performance standards
Handle full service end to end billing related questions, issues and concerns ranging from general questions to payment related items
Demonstrate accountability by following through on all necessary customer touch points with appropriate sense of urgency
Manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently
Accurately document customer account records based on actions taken
Fulfill work schedules as required
Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Language: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and Spanish
Preferred
Experience: 1+ year previous customer service experience; experience in cable or telecommunications call centers
Technical Skills: MS Office and personal computer skills
Skills: Communication, dependability, multi-tasking, typing, customer service
Abilities: Problem-solving, critical thinking, attention to detail, resilient
