Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Knowledge in financial analysis, sales, and customer service
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in using technology for data entry, analysis, and loan processing tasks
A strong desire to learn and grow within the mortgage industry
Preferred
Familiarity with mortgage lending processes and relevant regulations
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
