Senior Manager, International Treasury

Responsibilities
Act as key treasury liaison to APAC markets
Understand legal entities' financial statements, key drivers of cash flow, and forex exposure to proactively address international markets' cash needs
Work with International markets to understand statutory accounts and identify opportunities to maximize cash repatriation to the US
Develop and implement strategies to optimize treasury operations and improve financial performance
Monitor and analyze market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to inform treasury decisions
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, accounting, and legal teams, to support business objectives
Prepare and present regular reports on treasury activities, financial performance, and risk management to senior management
Ensure compliance with all internal controls, policies, and procedures related to treasury operations
Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
Participate in special projects and initiatives as required
Qualification
Required
Minimum education of a bachelor's degree with a preferred focus in business or a finance discipline is required
Minimum of five (5) years of business or finance experience with the ability to demonstrate broad financial and business decision-making abilities is required
High level of accuracy and attention to detail required
Must be able to learn quickly and understand complex issues, tax implications, and legal entity structure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Significant work with all groups within a Treasury function, and within a global capacity
Flexibility and sensitivity to cultural and cross-functional issues are vital
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate APAC market needs
Preferred
MBA/CFA/CTP is preferred
Additional experience in project management, treasury and/or international treasury experience is preferred
