Administrative Assistant To Directors
Aston Carter is a globally recognized coffee company headquartered in Seattle, WA, currently hiring for a Fully Remote Administrative Assistant. This role will provide administrative support to directors, manage executive calendars, and perform general administrative duties to enhance productivity and achieve team goals.

Responsibilities
Reporting from Tableau
Calendar Management for multiple Directors
Social Media - Post recognition for internal members as needed
Managing and booking travel (domestic within the U.S.)
Expense reports
Supporting CA-based leaders as needed
Managing multiple calendars
Connecting with directors as needed (conflicts and scheduling)
Utilize the quarterly planning guide to proactively plan (up to 3 weeks in advance)
Weekly connect
Coordination of meetings and coffeehouse connections
Flexibility with the schedule to meet the needs of the team
Qualification
Required
2-3+ years of administrative support experience for executives
Calendar management for multiple individuals
Great communication and coordination skills
Travel management (Domestic)
Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Any type of creative site (i.e., Canva) is highly preferred
Excel or Tableau reporting
Smartsheet (nice to have)
Miro Board (nice to have)
