Responsibilities

Personally drive new business, building relationships with TMCs, leisure networks, and supplier partners
Design and implement sales strategies, processes, and tools that set the stage for scalable, repeatable success
Collaborate across teams to ensure our go-to-market approach is as innovative as our solutions
Analyze wins and losses, using data and insight to continuously refine our approach and accelerate growth
Building and managing a robust sales pipeline, leveraging CRM tools and data-driven insights
Creating playbooks and processes that make it easy for future team members to succeed
Partnering with marketing and product teams to align messaging, campaigns, and product enhancements with market needs
Leading post-mortem reviews to learn from every opportunity - won or lost - and drive continuous improvement

Required

10+ years of sales experience in travel, BPO, or travel related industries, with a track record of winning new business and building scalable sales processes
A strong network across travel industry buyers, TMCs, and industry partners
Comfortable with CRM systems and sales analytics and know how to turn data into action
Communicate with clarity and conviction, whether you're pitching a client or collaborating with colleagues
