Responsibilities
Prepare and review individual and business tax returns
Assist in tax planning and advisory services for clients
Maintain and strengthen client relationships through clear communication and service delivery
Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax documents
Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business required
1–3 years of experience in public accounting with at least 1–2 busy seasons
Strong proficiency in tax software (UltraTax) and QuickBooks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
CPA license preferred; candidates with CPA exam progress will be considered
Master's in Taxation is a plus
