Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end post production for multiple vertical drama projects
Source and oversee post production vendors; negotiate rates, timelines, and deliverables
Provide clear creative feedback and ensure timely, quality delivery of episodes
Coordinate schedules and handovers with international post teams
Track progress across multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met
Facilitate effective communication between production, post, and vendors
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in post production producing (end-to-end)
Strong knowledge of post workflows (editing, sound, color, VFX, delivery)
Experience in film/TV, streaming, or digital-first content; vertical content experience preferred
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment
Preferred
Film school education or equivalent professional training preferred
Bilingual English/Chinese strongly preferred due to international collaboration
