Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and key partners to understand security needs and design effective solutions that reduce organizational risk
Lead end-to-end program management for security initiatives — including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery — ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
Collaborate with partner engineering teams to design and implement security improvements, from inception through project closure
Drive cross-functional alignment, proactively remove roadblocks, and ensure clear communication of program status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders
Contribute to continuous improvement of security processes, frameworks, and program delivery methodologies
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in program management, leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
5+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity or delivering security-focused projects
Experience working in a large-scale enterprise or cloud environment
Familiarity with modern security frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management methodologies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels of an organization
PMP, CISSP, or other relevant certifications
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale security programs from initiation through delivery
Strong technical background with hands-on experience implementing security solutions
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field — or equivalent practical experience
