The Site Manager is responsible for the daily operations, maintenance, and oversight of an Astro Pak field location, ensuring facilities, equipment, and materials are safe and compliant while leading a Facility & Equipment Technician.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant facility in accordance with Astro Pak and regulatory standards

Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance for facilities, vehicles, and field equipment

Identify equipment issues and implement corrective and preventive actions

Maintain professional equipment staging and storage areas

Maintain accurate inventory of equipment, consumables, chemicals, PPE, and supplies

Submit purchase requests and manage vendor relationships for timely, cost-effective procurement

Inspect incoming materials and verify compliance with specifications

Prepare, stage, ship, and track equipment and chemical loads for field crews nationwide

Coordinate freight, shipping, returns, inspections, and restocking of equipment

Supervise, coach, and develop the Facility & Equipment Technician

Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with Astro Pak’s Safety Program

Partner with the Operations Manager on workload planning and site support needs

Maintain accurate maintenance, inspection, inventory, and procurement records

Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives

Communicate proactively with Operations, Project Managers, EHS, and Logistics teams regarding equipment availability or issues
