Willingness to receive personalized coaching from an experienced development director and a successful advisor
Willingness to pair with a mentor to strategize a business plan
Ability to develop a plan to scale a business for continued growth and success
Willingness to support necessary licensing (Life, Accident & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 63)
Willingness to pursue continued education and development (e.g. CFP, RICP, CLU, ChFC)
