Responsibilities

Manages major physical properties in an assigned region and drives the performance of properties to achieve the lowest efficient operating expense level
Ensures properties are operating in a code compliant, safe, functional and cost effective manner
Manages vendors and contractors
Prepares and works with the regional property manager to approve annual operating budget and capital/expense project plan for the region
Identifies and executes on opportunities for regional, cross-regional and/or enterprise-wide initiatives or projects
Designs and implements building specific plans including space planning, cost saving initiatives, and long-term asset preservation
Assists Regional Property manager in the implementation of regional initiatives
Oversees property and/or regional related projects, up to $200k in value, including reconfigurations and consolidations
Approves property related projects, up to $50k in value
Ensures projects are on budget, on time and completed with minimal disruption to end users

Required

5+ years of industry-relevant experience
University / college degree
