Remote Client Services Assistant
Triptastic Adventures is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Client Services Assistant to support clients by coordinating reservations and related services. The role involves assisting clients with personalized plans, managing updates, and maintaining accurate records, all while working remotely.

Responsibilities
Assist clients with organizing and coordinating personalized plans
Research, compare, and confirm reservation options using approved systems
Provide accurate information and thoughtful recommendations based on client preferences and budget
Communicate professionally and clearly with clients through email, phone, and messaging platforms
Manage updates, changes, and service-related concerns in a timely manner
Maintain detailed and accurate client records and documentation
Participate in required training, meetings, and professional development
Qualification
Required
Legal eligibility to work (citizenship in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, or Spain)
Strong English communication skills
Smartphone with internet access (computer is also recommended)
Strong organizational, time-management, and customer service skills
