Responsibilities
Deliver and model exceptional customer service
Train and support team members on food prep, safety, and service
Assist with hiring, scheduling, and performance feedback
Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and equipment
Manage inventory and ordering to minimize waste
Control labor, food cost, and expenses to meet budget goals
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor laws
Step in to support deli or QSR operations as needed
Qualification
Required
Must be available to work weekends
18 years of age or older
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Job requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division and multiplication)
Ability to show patience and articulate well during the training of new employees
Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
