Family Law Associate Attorney
GPAC has partnered with an established and well-respected family law firm dedicated to providing compassionate, effective, and personalized legal representation. They are currently seeking a motivated Family Law Associate Attorney to represent clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce and child custody cases.

Responsibilities
Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, child custody, spousal support, child support, and domestic violence cases
Advise clients on their legal rights, options, and case strategy
Draft and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
Conduct legal research and develop persuasive legal arguments
Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediations, hearings, and court proceedings
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to manage cases efficiently
Stay current on Washington family law statutes, regulations, and case law
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active admission to the Washington State Bar and in good standing
3-8 Years Of Experience Practicing Family Law
Strong knowledge of family law principles and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively within a team
Client-focused approach with strong negotiation and advocacy skills
Preferred
Experience handling high-net-worth divorces or complex custody matters
Bilingual Abilities (preferred, Not Required)
Involvement in family law associations or professional organizations
