They are currently seeking a motivated Family Law Associate Attorney to represent clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce and child custody cases.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, child custody, spousal support, child support, and domestic violence cases

Advise clients on their legal rights, options, and case strategy

Draft and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents

Conduct legal research and develop persuasive legal arguments

Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediations, hearings, and court proceedings

Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to manage cases efficiently

Stay current on Washington family law statutes, regulations, and case law
