Sales Development Representative - US Based
Huzzle is a company that connects high-performing B2B sales professionals with global companies. The Sales Development Representative will drive pipeline growth by making high volumes of outbound calls to qualify prospects and schedule meetings.

Responsibilities
Make 80–120 outbound calls per day to prospective leads across assigned territories
Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, voicemail drops, and follow-ups
Book meetings or product demos for Account Executives
Handle objections professionally and nurture cold leads through persistence
Track all outreach activity in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or Close)
Work closely with sales leaders to refine scripts and improve conversion rates
Meet and exceed KPIs related to call volume, meetings booked, and lead quality
Qualification
Required
Experience in outbound sales or lead generation
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to handle objections and demonstrate persistence
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or Close)
Ability to meet and exceed KPIs related to call volume, meetings booked, and lead quality
Hunter mentality with a willingness to make 80–120 outbound calls per day
