Responsibilities
Responsible for planning and directing the work of all grounds personnel on BRC properties and related facilities
Proactively plans and schedules work duties independently or in coordination with management
Ensures all tasks are performed safely and professionally in accordance with departmental guidelines and procedures
Supervises, motivates, trains, and evaluates grounds personnel
Inspects grounds and landscape work for compliance with established goals and expectations
Helps control costs and expenses related to grounds equipment, parts, inventory levels, fuel, and chemical supplies
Maintains adequate PPE, supplies, and equipment within approved budgetary guidelines
Performs other duties as required or assigned by the supervisor

Ability to oversee facility grounds
Ability to follow procedures
Ability to supervise lower-level staff
Ability to work well with others
Preferred
Typically requires 2-4 years of experience with 2-4 in semi-skilled work
