Law Practice
Responsibilities
Work in a broad range of immigration practice areas including removal defense, various types of non-immigrant and immigrant visas, family consular processing, adjustment of status, and naturalization
Handle a high volume case load and prepare immigration petitions and court submissions
Maintain prompt client communication and ensure timely and accurate document production to ensure the highest level of client service and satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year experience in immigration law
Experience handling a high volume case load
Ability to prepare immigration petitions and court submissions
Prompt client communication
Timely and accurate document production
Excellent writing skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent case management skills
Fluency in English and Spanish (speak, write and read)
Ability to execute tasks within a fast paced environment
