Enablement Analyst
AEMO is Australia’s independent energy system and market operator and system planner. They are seeking a proactive and highly organised Enablement Analyst to support their Enablement team in readiness, training, and reporting activities as part of a technology uplift program.

Responsibilities
Assist the Readiness Manager in tracking progress against readiness checklists and criteria across various projects
Maintain and update readiness dashboards, using Power BI to visualise data and provide clear insights into program preparedness
Help coordinate readiness meetings, including preparing materials, distributing agendas, and documenting key actions and decisions
Support the Learning & Training Manager with the coordination and scheduling of program-related training sessions and learning events
Assist in maintaining training records, tracking course attendance, and collating feedback from participants to help measure training effectiveness
Help prepare and distribute training materials and communications to ensure all participants are well-informed and prepared
Support the Enablement Lead by collating data and inputs for regular team, portfolio, and governance reporting cycles
Provide administrative and coordination support to the wider Enablement team, including organising key meetings, managing team documents on SharePoint, and tracking action items
Act as a helpful and reliable point of contact for queries related to the Enablement function's activities
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in a project coordination, business analyst, or program support role
Demonstrated experience in tracking, analysing, and reporting on data
Proficiency in using Power BI to create and manage dashboards is highly desirable
Advanced skills in the MS365 suite, particularly Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint, are essential
Experience working within a large-scale program or complex project environment
Must be an Australian citizen with the ability to attain and maintain an appropriate level of national security clearance
A degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field is desirable
