They are seeking a senior leader to join their Chicago office within the Turnaround & Restructuring / Performance Improvement practice, responsible for developing expertise in financial restructurings and client interactions.

Responsibilities
An entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative character is required
Develop deep expertise in complex financial restructurings, distressed M&A, and operational turnarounds, 13-week cash flows, Chapter 7/11 and liquidity management
Work across a number of industries such as Manufacturing, Technology, Transport, Consumer, Energy and Healthcare e.tc
Have a strong book of business ($200,000+) and immediate network of contacts in the space
Interface with clients to discover their business challenges with the expectation of travel, dependant on the client
Perform quantitative and observational data analyses for turnaround, restructuring or bankruptcy situations
Create and present client recommendations
Qualification
Required
8+ years of Restructuring/Corporate Finance/Accounting
Strong analytical, communication and quantitative skills
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel and relevant financial modelling programmes
Strong presentation and communication skills
