Responsibilities
Frequently participates in special projects as a subject matter expert
Manages and oversees performance of vendors
Oversees response to highly complex arbitrations contentions
Oversees the negotiation of highly complex claim settlements
Oversees the resolution of highly complex customer conflicts or issues
Analyzes unit reports and supports the achievement of business unit objectives
Defines, analyzes, and tracks department, section, and/or unit measures
Reviews employee work quality and interactions with customers through conducting ride-alongs or sit-alongs and file reviews
Qualification
Required
Experience managing and motivating a team of adjusters or vendors
Ability to provide exceptional claims and inquiry service through chat
Experience in overseeing performance of vendors
Ability to manage and resolve highly complex customer conflicts or issues
Experience in negotiating highly complex claim settlements
Ability to analyze unit reports and support the achievement of business unit objectives
Experience in defining, analyzing, and tracking department, section, and/or unit measures
Experience in reviewing employee work quality and interactions with customers
Ability to conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and mentoring
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment or remotely within Arizona or Pacific time zone
