Responsibilities
Utilize diagnostic software to troubleshoot complex electrical, fuel, and engine performance issues
Perform skilled tasks in the service, repair, and maintenance of outboard engines
Proficient in various outboard engines such as Mercury V12, Honda, Evinrude, Suzuki, and Yamaha
Calibrate and fine-tune steering, throttle, and accessory systems. Maintain a detailed record of services
Adhere to manufacturing safety standards and maintain a clean work environment
All duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
Yamaha, Mercury (V12) certifications
Strong understanding of sterndrive, outboard repair, and maintenance
Working knowledge of electrical diagnostic tools and software
Ability to troubleshoot problems with all types of equipment
Willing and able to educate themselves with OEM technical training/requirements
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
