Executive Assistant - School
Second Mile Education is focused on fostering a positive learning environment, and they are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Principal and ensure smooth administrative operations within the school. The role involves managing personnel processes, budgeting, and providing general office support while promoting a welcoming atmosphere for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Effectively supports Principal and promotes positive school culture
Effectively performs all duties as assigned and necessary in order for the school and company to achieve its enrollment, academic, and behavioral goals and objectives
Accurately manages personnel and payroll processes for all staff
Efficiently purchases, manages and distributes bus passes
Efficiently manages budget and school-based funds
Performs all other duties as assigned, which are aligned in accordance with company policy and procedures that ensures goals and objectives are achieved.(Graduation, staff & student incentives)Bus Passes, Staffing Reports, Stakeholder Reports
Performance of clerical related duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating
Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize large volumes of information and complex activities (i.e., management staff meetings, travel itineraries, professional conferences, and school departmental initiatives)
Effectively performs all duties as assigned and necessary in order for the school and company to achieve its enrollment, academic, and behavioral goals and objectives
Ensure and assist that School meets or exceeds FTE enrollment goals
Observation of respectful and professional interaction with visitors while adhering to campus and company policy relating to visitors on campus
Qualification
