To oversee and direct the functions of the Lending Planning, Projects, and Process Improvement branch, including strategic project portfolio management, audits and exams, process improvement and strategic planning

Improve internal processes and capabilities to reduce costs relative to income and react effectively to membership/market needs

Support the department in audit and exam preparedness, reviews, and submissions

Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to influence key decisions by executive leadership

Manage daily activities of professional employees and/or managers

Support executive management in developing and executing strategic plans
