Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume book of commercial insurance business, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and advocacy
Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies
Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures
Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy
Coordinate expiration lists with the department manager to secure renewal business information
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Account Management
Active Property & Casualty License (required)
Valid driver's license and insurance (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and problem-solve independently
Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)
Experience with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software (preferred)
