Responsibilities

Support customer qualification of optical modules at leading industry companies

Handle fiber-optic systems including splicing, inspection, and cleaning

Troubleshoot CMIS protocol up to version 5.4 and provide resolution guidance

Perform local and remote firmware and software updates

Work with multi-chip modules and complex stacked chiplet architectures

Contribute to thermal testing, performance validation, and analysis

Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the product lifecycle

Represent Scintil in customer meetings, technical discussions, and public presentations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams distributed globally
