Responsibilities
Administration of agency and custodial account relationships:
Account Reviews
Trade and asset allocation changes
Transaction Processing: Coordinate money movements, wires, transfers, disbursements, and contributions
Client servicing
Maintain and manage client accounts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complaint
Assist in onboarding new clients, prepare and review onboarding forms and ensure a smooth transition of accounts and services
Attend regularly scheduled Wealth Management team meetings
Working with other wealth team members to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals
Effectively manage time by prioritizing urgent tasks
Attend all training as requested to increase administration knowledge
Perform the job in accordance with applicable industry laws and regulations as well as the policies and procedures established by the company
Responsible for upholding Fair and Responsible Banking practices and Code of Ethics and Conduct guidelines
Understand and participate in the Bank’s Community Reinvestment Act program
Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred
Bachelors Degree in business, finance or other related field preferred
