Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and finalize electrical projects according to deadlines and within budget
Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates
Understand and apply Overhead and general conditions to support the work
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion
Conduct regular project meetings to communicate updates and address any issues
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports and cost tracking reports
Prepare and present proposals and negotiate revisions to contractual agreements
Attend pre-bid and jobsite meetings
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Project Manager
Proficiency in estimating software as well as Microsoft Suite
Proven experience in project management, particularly in electrical projects
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure
