Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues related to ongoing cases
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions and briefs
Assist in case preparation, including gathering evidence, interviewing clients and witnesses, taking depositions and attending court proceedings
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal advice
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience practicing law, preferably in areas such as civil and/or commercial litigation
Licensed to practice law in Michigan
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic
Proficiency in legal research tools and software
Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, ethics, and client service
