Oversee daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, budget execution, and cash management
Assist in the preparation and execution of annual financial plans and forecasts
Monitor financial performance to ensure smooth and stable operations
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports
Provide financial analysis to support business decisions
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and efficiency
Monitor budget execution and control costs
Support departments and projects in financial planning and allocation
Work closely with operations, content, and management teams to ensure financial alignment with business needs
Assist with finance-related matters for contracts, vendors, and partnerships
Support the optimization of financial processes, tools, and reporting standards
Participate in team development and training to enhance finance operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management roles
Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and financial analysis
Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
Detail-oriented and responsible, able to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in media, content, or technology platforms is a plus
