Responsibilities

Conduct property and market-specific research
Assist the underwriting team with credit and real estate analysis, processing incoming exhibits and preparing final delivery underwriting packages
Review underwriting due diligence information and integrate real estate information from market research reports and other third-party sources
Interface and collaborate with other internal teams, including production analysts, insurance and closing
Other duties as assigned

Required

Current college junior, senior, or graduate level student
Strong academic background

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred

Majors in Finance, Accounting and Economics are strongly preferred
