Responsibilities
Solution focused sales
Answer billing questions
Provide basic mobile phone support
Use company provided resources when questions arise or call on your leader
Complete outbound calls as assigned
Properly document all customer interaction and activity
Record all customer interactions and transactions via tracker
Understands basic troubleshooting and asks relevant questions needed to open trouble tickets
Keep track of office supply inventory and order as needed
Complete expense reports on time each month
Utilize other Team’s chat groups for information for other departments
Participate in three local ALLO sponsored events every year
Assist Events Team in preparing for local events
Be resourceful and have a strong understanding of ALLO’s vision
Have a clear understanding of how to educate on online billing and other ALLO products
Complete data entry tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Raise objects up to 25 lbs
Remain upright on feet for extended periods
Remain stationary for extended periods
Ability to communicate information
Ability to operate a computer
Possess/Maintain a valid Driver's License
Travel requirement: 10%
Preferred
Previous customer service and sales experience preferred
Exceptional customer service to all walk-in customers and prospective customers as defined by secret shopper and customer feedback
Knowledge of Current ALLO Products: Internet, Mobile, and Home Phone
