Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to align user needs with business goals
Prepare user personas, journey maps, and documentation to support design processes
Ensure brand consistency and compliance with accessibility standards
Stay current with UX best practices and coach team members on design methodologies
Lead usability testing and apply findings to improve user satisfaction
Utilize advanced design and prototyping tools and user testing software

Required

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

Strong knowledge of usability testing methods and user research techniques
Ability to manage complex projects independently and coach other professionals
Experience designing responsive and accessible interfaces for web and mobile
Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Preferred

Experience in large-scale enterprise environments
Familiarity with digital technology trends and data-driven design
Knowledge of brand guidelines and accessibility compliance standards
Background in food, agriculture, or sustainability industries
