Responsibilities
Install, service, reconnect, and troubleshoot:
Cable TV
High-Speed Internet
Telephone Services
Fiber to the Home (FTTH)
Home Automation & Cox Home Life Security
Educate customers on services and equipment
Promote additional Cox products and solutions
Deliver excellent customer service as a front-line brand representative
Perform work to IES quality and productivity standards
Qualification
Required
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (required)
Valid state driver's license with a good driving record (required)
Must be able to obtain a Sheriff Card and/or LVMPD License
1+ year of experience in a comparable hands-on field such as: Construction trades, Mechanics, Semi-skilled manufacturing, Other related technical or trade roles
1+ year of direct customer service experience
Basic PC and Windows software skills
Stable work history
Ability to work required shifts and overtime as needed
Ability to work 10-12+ hour days
Willingness to work a flexible, non-traditional schedule, including 5-6 day work weeks
Strong communication skills; ability to work effectively with customers and team members
Preferred
21 years of age preferred, but not required
High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Post-high school education a plus
Prior experience in construction, mechanics, manufacturing, or other hands-on trade roles
Spanish language skills a plus in some locations
