Creative Assistant

Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated assistant to work across Talent Synergy & Specials and Awards. The role involves managing complex calendars, organizing meetings and events, and providing general administrative support. Responsibilities

Manage complex calendar and scheduling requirements
Organize meetings and events
Coordinate travel and expenses
General administrative support including but not limited to: answering calls, calendar scheduling, filing, copying, coordination for meetings with external partners, planning travel arrangements
Track Studios talent and deals; manage corresponding grids and lists
Track and drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
Help supporting in logistics for internal events

Qualification

Microsoft OfficeCalendar ManagementProject ManagementAttention to DetailOrganizational Skills

Required

2+ years of professional or military experience
1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

Preferred

Experience with end-to-end project management
