Responsibilities

Assist/lead in the operations of the procurement function to ensure timely and effective procurement of goods and services and effective management of contracts

Assist/lead in managing the revenue contracting procedures function

Assist in the review of procurement policies, processes, SOPs and development of appropriate procurement strategies for the organisation

Provide guidance and advise to users on how to craft specifications and review submissions for both procurement and/or revenue contracting matters

Conduct training on procurement and attend to suppliers’ and users’ queries on procurement and revenue contracting matters

Assist in digitalisation and perform data analytics on data
